Christmas Panto's Cancelled? 'Oh No They're Not'

We all know it's been a bit of an abominale year and we're all looking forward to Christmas. But, due to Coronavirus restrictions, many theatres across the UK have had to close, and most of the traditional pantomimes have been rescheduled until 2021. Thankfully though we've put together a list of festive shows that are still taking place, albeit socially distanced.
Sleeping Beauty
Manchester Opera House
Starring Mancunian comedian Jason Manford, performer Billy Pearce, I'd Do Anything winner Jodie Prenger and former Corrie star Eric Potts. As a firm family favourite Sleeping Beauty promises to bring much need full and laughter to Christmas 2020.

The Parking Lot Panto
No Theatre! No Problem! The good people at the Parking Lot Panto are touring the UK with the good old Cinderella tale, bringing the big stage right to your car. It might be different to the traditional Panto, but it still promises the perfect night out for all the family this Christmas.

A Christmas Carol
Dominion Theatre, London
Its former EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa's first foray into the West End, starring opposite Busted's Matt Willis and comedian Brian Conley, it may not be a pantomime, but this Dickens' tale promises to be a Christmas cracker.

Pantoland at the Palladium, London
The Palladium's popular annual pantomime is back again this Christmas season with a stellar cast including the mighty Elaine Paige, the flamboyant Julian Clary, panto regulars Paul Zerdin, Nigel Havers and Gary Wilmot as well the Banjo brothers & Diversity and Charlie Stemp. Making their Palladium panto debuts will be Mobo award-winning Beverley Knight and West End sensation Jac Yarrow. It promises plenty of festive cheer, laughs, jokes and big show-stopping numbers. Potted Panto

Fancy watching seven pantos in seventy minutes, well now you can at Potted Panto. Written by the exceptionally talented Daniel Clarkson, Jefferson Turner and Richard Hurst, the annual festive show returns to London's West End for its tenth anniversary.
